About Siera

Hello families, My name is Siera and I have spent most of my adult working life working with children in a variety of settings. I have been a camp counselor, preschool teacher, daycare assistant teacher for infants/toddlers, a student ministry intern, and most recently I completed my RBT certification to work with children on the autism spectrum. I love kids and don't have any of my own so it's a fulfilling privilege to have the opportunity to invest in the lives of the children in my care. I like working with kids because of their curiosity and wonder about the world around them. It inspires me to appreciate the details of life. I'm looking for a part time job that can give me the flexibility to still be invested in my work as an RBT I started working with kids at 18 years old when I received my first position as a floater assistant teacher for a daycare. One thing you should know about me is I do my due diligence to genuinely connect with every child in my care.
