As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in clear and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication methods to ensure a collaborative partnership. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a structured and safe environment for children. I enjoy engaging in a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games that promote learning. I am a student at the University of Houston, majoring in child psychology with a minor in human development. I've completed early child development coursework, along with First Aid and CPR training and I have experience with neurodivergent kids.
