About Sidney

Bringing five years of childcare experience, I'm energetic and bubbly, ready to dive into activities like crafts, park explorations, and trying new things. I follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy adaptable play, some of my favorite projects have been geocaching, painting rocks, and shrinky dinks. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to meet children where they are at. I gained experience working in a kindergarten, 1st grade, and 5th grade classroom through high school and college courses, and worked at a Girl Scout summer camp for eight years. I'm happy to help with pet care, laundry, grocery shopping, food prep, and open to other projects as well. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls. I have a degree in public health and am a certified health education specialist. I have been working in an office setting for the past couple of years and am looking for something more engaging!
