About Shonda

I have about four years of caregiving experience, including one year of paid caregiving, along with volunteer and personal caregiving experience. I currently work as a hospice companion and respite provider, which has given me the opportunity to support people and their families during some of life's most important and difficult moments. I also have experience as an asst funeral director, so I'm comfortable in sensitive situations and understand the importance of treating every person with dignity, patience, and respect. I'm happy to help with things like meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and day-to-day support. I'm also happy to communicate with family members in whatever way works best for them and keep them updated on how their loved one is doing. I live in Kyle, with my 22-year-old daughter, we have 3 dogs, and 2 cats. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and be someone you feel comfortable trusting with your loved one.
