My name is Sh'Neil, and I'm a caring, dependable childcare provider who loves helping little ones learn, explore, and express themselves. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged. With 10 years of experience caring for children from newborn through age 12, I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to every family I work with. I also previously worked as a preschool teacher, caring for a class of seven children who were 18 months old. I enjoy engaging children through crafts, board games, educational puzzles, imaginative play, and active sports. I am comfortable following your lead regarding household rules and your preferred communication style for daily updates.
