Shirley took care of our son from 4 months to 15 months old. She was absolutely AMAZING. She was attentive to all of his needs. We were surprised that Shirley never once watched television nor was she ever distracted by her cellphone. My husband works from home so he communicated his observations to me. Our son got all of her attention, in fact he was spoiled rotten. This gave me a peace of mind- I never felt the need to check up on my son because he was in great hands. However, Shirley would text me her observations if she noticed any changes in our son's skin, behavior etc. My husband also got along great with Shirley. We experienced no drama or conflict whatsoever. Shirley wanted to spend time with her grandchildren so she gave us her 3 week notice, which was enough time for us to find childcare accommodations. Shirley is 100% punctual and reliable. Do your family a favor and hire her!
