I have over 30 plus years' experience in basic to end of life care. I have gained my experience in nursing homes, personal care homes, and private home care, also with hospice. I am trained extensively in Alzheimer's and dementia care, diabetic care, basic wound care, basic therapy, and patients that require a Hoyer lift. I am trained in PICC line treatments, Surgical drain tube care, catheter care and feeding tubes, medication set up, and dispensing. I have worked with Hospice several times, and I am familiar with their palliative care. I can provide emotional needs of the family along with dignity and respect for the person who is ill. I am able to follow all family directions but can work on my own if required to do so. I can provide long shift hours if needed, during end-of-life care. Criminal background check on file.
