About Shirley

I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. I have two years of experience caring for school-age children, including supporting a child with autism through patience, consistency, and understanding. I also have experience as a caregiver for seniors, which strengthened my compassion, responsibility, and ability to adapt to each person's needs. I hold a college degree with Early Child Development coursework, along with nursing coursework that supports my knowledge of child safety and emergency response. I am CPR certified with first aid training. I'm happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, carpooling, games, crafts, and educational activities while maintaining open communication with parents.
