About Shinita

I plan to take care of the children like they are my own because I enjoy seeing children happy and learning. My experience taking care of children includes my three beautiful daughters; that are now grown with successful careers after recently finishing college. My firstborns were a set of twins that came with many challenges but it was a wonderful experience that quickly taught me to learn and take care of multiple children at one time. My youngest child developed quicker than the average child which helped me solve different challenges. Through these experiences, I've learned from the wonderment of children. While raising three children, I also served as a teacher's aide and eventually a teacher at a local headstart/Pre-K school for 14 years. Due to medical reasons, I took a brief leave from teaching but plan to go back in the future. In the meantime, I understand the challenges of raising children and working and I would like to help families if I can.
