I cannot speak highly enough of Shima and the wonderful care she provided for our family and two year old girl. She has been with us for a year and has truly become an invaluable part of our lives. From day one, Shima has demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and dedication. Our daughter loves her and has built a special bond with her, often saying “I miss Shima! I want to play with Shima!” on days she isn’t with us. Shima is incredibly patient, attentive, and nurturing. She always creates a safe, fun, and educational environment and has even helped us potty train our daughter. Shima has a natural instinct for understanding our daughter and her needs goes above and beyond to ensure she feels happy, secure, and supported.
