I am new to Iowa (been here a year) but not to childcare. I have 2 adult children and 3 grandkids. I drove a school bus from 1992 through 2021. I also worked in the cafeteria, as a special needs aid and wore many more hats as needed during that time. My best references are the kids in my neighborhood although I have adult references too. I love kids and will happily play along with them. I'm willing to run errands and take kids to appointments or after school activities. I'm available weekends, school holidays and other days off.

Sheryl has helped to get our grandchild ready for school in the morning one day a week at this point. T can be a challenge at times. She has been able to redirect him as needed with minimal issues. I am happy we found her to help in the mornings I cannot be there. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have someone who knows how to work children with special needs.
