Hi! I'm Sherry, I am looking for dementia care work, or a senior companionship job. I have experience working in memory care in a nursing home with dementia patients specifically in the recreation department. I am creative, compassionate, punctual, and also have family experience with caregiving. Please consider me when looking for care for your loved one! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, caring, and resilient. I'm looking for a job that entails companionship. I am available to stay with your senior for a few hours a day to keep them company and engaged. I started caring for seniors when I was in my late 20s. I am now 36 and my most recent job is in memory care at a nursing home with dementia patients in the recreation department. In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, write, create, walk, spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I don't just want a job, I want to help.
