Hello I am Sherly! I have been a Certified Teacher for over 20 years working primarily in the Early Head-Start and Pre-VPK programs at several private institutions. My skills include preparing and supporting your toddler for Pre-K, using Developmental Cognitive (Sensory Motor, Pre-Operational), Social & Emotional, Speech & Language, Fine & Gross Motor Skills.

I wasn’t ready to send my son to daycare. I was initially looking for a sitter to watch my son at  home, however I decided to connect with Ms. Sherley about her daycare option. From the first meeting I was given a lot of information about the curriculum she teaches the children, her schedule, and her experience. I’m happy to say that my son has been going to Ms. Sherley for 2 weeks now and has since started talking more, being more independent and just happy. I could not be more grateful!

Miss Sherley has been truly heaven sent. As a new mom starting out looking for caregivers, the process was extremely daunting and almost heartbreaking. When I found Miss Sherley on this site, she appeared to be very warm and flexible. Since starting, my now almost two year old has opened up immensely and is so smart! Miss Sherley fosters an environment that mimics the classroom so your child is always learning. With the small class size, my daughter was able to get the attention and care that she needed. Miss Sherley had taken my daughter as one of her own, and she feels more like family than anything else. If we weren’t leaving the area, my daughter would be with Miss Sherley until it was time for her to get into the school system. It breaks our heart that we have to leave, but one this is for certain Miss Sherley will always be part of our family. I am so grateful to her for all that she has done for my baby girl and the love that she shows her. We were so blessed to find her!

All I can say is WOW! I was so nervous about a new daycare especially due to the nightmare daycare that my daughter was previously enrolled in. It was only a short time before my one year old fell in love with Ms. Sherley, and it made me feel so comfortable going to work knowing that my baby was safe and happy. Ms. Sherley is caring, structured and is also an amazing communicator. She makes sure to inform me or my husband if there are any concerns, or even to just let us know how well our baby is doing. Thank you so much for providing excellent care to our family.

Sherley is an answer to my prayers in a very uncertain time. She has  cared for not one but two of my babies since the start of the school year.  I was in an urgent situation and through the kindness of her heart she stepped in. I have nothing but great things to say about an individual that takes her time to love on my babies. She is dependable, organized and structured. I have to be at work at 7 am Monday through Friday. She is available when she say she will. She treats her care for  my babies like an actual job and she makes all effort to be there on time so I can make it to work everyday. I've had a tough year with my 1 year old being sick constantly through the regular brick and mortar daycare system. That was a nightmare. My children are flourishing. The doctors told me just expect them to be sick constantly while in daycare. My prayers were to find safe, dependable, sweet, loving and structured care for my babies. My kids are healthy and flourishing. She is highly recommended.

Mrs. P. was the absolute best with my baby boy he loves her so much! I am a very picky and worrisome mother and she was the first person who managed to ease all of my worries. When I give birth to my second child she will be watching him also.

Sherley is amazing. She is very organized as well as detailed when it comes to what my like one needs. I like her hours because they fit the family schedule perfectly.  Even when he is out, she checks in on him.  She is highly recommended!

Sherley is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves her (DD is now 18 months).  

Ms. Sherley speak several languages, helps potty train, have a full schedule for the children including monthly themes and  flexibility with the hours.

Sherley is an amazing sitter/teacher for my 1 year old son. He will be with her for a while. My son is already saying everyone's name in our family. Also, he sings along with his favorite songs now and is very expressive and comprehends when I speak to him. Also, Sherley speaks 4 languages, and so my son is learning to speak Spanish too, but its only because I have encouraged her too (my mother-in-law only speaks Spanish).

She has an amazing learning area/ space. Very clean and equipped for learning and its definitely a toddler safe space. I am very impressed and with how Sherley has an entire schedule for toddler and a beautiful home.
