About Sheri

My passion for working with children has led me to a fulfilling career in childcare. I have over 20 years of experience teaching preschool, as well as nannying (0-3yr old) and babysitting( various ages), all of which I built trusting relationships with both children and their families. For the past 12 years, I've homeschooled my son, giving me valuable experience supporting school-aged children w/ academics. I believe children learn best through play and connection, and I enjoy creating fun, engaging environments while remaining calm, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt well to changing routines, de-escalate challenging behaviors, and prioritize nurturing, supportive relationships. Clear communication with families is important to me, and I provide regular updates using each family's preferred method. I'm eager to bring my knowledge, experience, and dedication to a family seeking a trustworthy, compassionate caregiver, while providing comfort and peace of mind to parents.
