I truly can't recommend Shena enough as a caregiver. My wife and I were first-time parents when Shena joined us and she had such grace and intelligence—and a surprising amount of childcare experience for someone her age—that I honestly don't know how we'd have fared without her. She certainly helped me at least be a better parent. Shena is extremely attentive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and intentional, and made both our infant son and us feel like we were in capable, loving hands from the moment she joined our family. Our son is now 13 and would tell you the same thing.
