About Shelsea

I'm an Education major with some college experience under my belt, and I've been surrounded by children my entire life. From caring for my siblings to serving in kids ministry, there's no place I'd rather be than with children. As a students getting involved in childcare allows me to earn extra money but there's no better reward than being part of these little ones growth and happiness. My dynamic and friendly nature, coupled with my kindness and patience, make me an excellent caregiver. I'm also very organized, so I can follow schedules and routines effectively. I communicate with parents through daily written reports and verbal communication, it really depend to their preferred method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I've been serving in ministry for a year, and I'm comfortable caring for one or two kids at a time.
