About Shelby

Hi there! I'm Shelby, and I'm honored you're considering trusting me with your kids! It's such a big responsibility, and I don't take it lightly. As a mom myself, as well as just someone who has always had passion for helping kids, I can assure you I'd care for your kids with the same empathy and nurturing I'd give my own. I currently work in a residential daycare facility, so I have experience taking care of many young kids! But there's nothing that compares to how much I've learned being a mom to my son. In addition to my first aid, infant & adult CPR, and bloodborne pathogens certifications, I have countless hours of research I did in preparation for being a mom. I also recently took 14 hours worth of courses from the Indiana child education website. People describe me as bubbly, patient, and nurturing. I've always felt like working with kids is what I'm made to do. I'd absolutely love the opportunity to help your kids learn and grow in the most fun way for them developmentally!
