My name is Shelby. One of my good family friends who I consider a grandmother to me, was diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's when I was just 10 years old. I have 10+ years of experience dealing with this disease and have cared for her on several occasions. I have a degree in human services, an esthetics license, a phlebotomy license and I used to drive ambulances for a local fire department. I have also worked with children for 10+ years from the ages of 2-17. Right now, I am a drivers ed instructor and I am starting my own esthetics business. I am looking for a position that is not over 20 hours a week due to me prior commitments. I am a caregiver by nature and you or your family member will have my undivided attention when in my care.
