Shelby was on time and communicated through our interview and while she was watching my two year old. I can't say enough good things about her, but the most important thing I found with Shelby was I could trust her. From the min she started she was engaged with my son and over the 4 consecutive days all she did was get more comfortable with understanding his personality and patterns. I would not hesitate to hire her again, she is amazing.
