Throughout my time in high school and college I have gained an abundance of experience with children! I have worked multiple summer camps, youth programs, and volunteered with children of all ages. I was a lifeguard for 4 years and a summer nanny. I am currently a teacher in a toddler classroom at Texas Tech Center for Early Head Start. With my current position I am up to date with developmentally appropriate practices for children of all ages and know how to make learning fun! I have worked with newborns all the way up to teenagers and I am currently working on getting my teaching certification so I can teach kindergarten! I have a huge passion for children! I love being able to watch them grow and learn through play based activities and I hope to help your family on the weekends or anytime after work
