I am a 10-year experienced nanny focusing on routine, organization, cleaning, fun, self-independence, and Montessori lifestyle plus some good old child education thrown in there. I love the ability to allow my kiddos to be chaotic, to get messy, to let their environment teach them and for them to understand their choices, and so on. As a nanny to you, my goal is that you are able to leave for a work week and know your child is happy, safe, and healthy. But most importantly as a home are all communicating every day when it comes to household goals and goals for your child.
