About Shelby

I would be honored to care for your children. I have a bachelors in psychology and am currently working towards my masters in marriage and family therapy. My internship is this summer. I have worked with children for over a year now as a houseparent. Thought I never anticipated working with children, this was a life changing experience, one I have been very blessed to have. I am gentle and nurturing. I am trained in the nurtured heart approach. I would love to make healthy meals for your kids. I would be very respectful of your home. I enjoy playing, making crafts, reading books, and doing many activities with kids of all ages. I like working with kids because they learn so quickly. There is so much joy and intrigue inside of them. They truly are little humans that need love, nurturance, and guidance. It's a blessing to give these things to them.
