If there is one word I could use to describe Sheila it would be reliable. Sheila was a nanny for our premie baby for 1.5 years and 6 months for our then 3yo. Our premie was fragile and Sheila followed everything to the t. She followed all exercises and therapy’s and constantly kept us anxious parents updated. Moreover she is very honest and has almost never called out. Sheila has also been very understanding and flexible when needed. Sheila has no trouble with adapting to your style of parenting and is very open and understanding. I would highly recommend her.

Sheila has been working for us for more than a year now . She is very disciplined, reliable and punctual. She is great with kids and is very safe . She does everything with safety in mind. We have been very happy with her . She also is a very safe driver and we have no problem with her driving our kids around.

Sheila is a consummate professional. She worked with us for ~10 months and cared for our toddler (age 10 months at start). Sheila was always on time, and communicated in advance if anything needed to shift or change in her schedule. She was a wonderful caretaker to our daughter, and established a routine of activity with her. She also helped us nap/sleep train her-- a very important thing! Sheila respected our directions/wishes for our daughter and our family, and we are eternally grateful for her time spent with us.

Ms. Sheila is nothing short of just simply amazing. We still remember back when we invited Ms Sheila for her interview after a couple of failed attempts at the local daycare(s) we had a medical emergency during the interview and she jumped right in , that's when we knew Ms Sheila would be the perfect person for the job. She was with us for about four years and she brought a lot of help to our very difficult schedules, never called in sick, always on / before time, always accommodated our last minute schedule changes, read countless number of books to the kids, kept them away from any screens, drove them to the library and parks , cooked , helped with the laundry for our kids and never once did a less than five star job. We wish we could keep Ms Sheila forever but our little one is starting kindergarten and we cant offer full-time anymore. We can guarantee you that your kids are in safe hands with Ms. Sheila

Sheila is a talented, bright, enthusiastic caretaker who is dependable, consistent, always on time, and one who always follows through. You will never wonder if she will be there. You will never wonder if tasks will be done. Sheila is a real hands-on nanny who delights in children, thrives on learning new things, and has a great curiosity of the world that she will share with your family. We have been very sad to say good bye because of our move but wish another deserving family will be able to work with her!

I highly recommend Sheila!! We found Sheila when our children were very young and we were having a hard time finding someone capable of handling two so close in age (3 months and 19 months).  She was able to step right in and keep the kids on their routines and schedules while also engaging them in various activities and keeping them entertained.
