The best move we ever made was bringing Shiela into our family. She’s been with our baby since he was 4 months and he’s 16 months now. We trust her more than anything! 

Sheila did such a great job caring for my 2.5 year old. She collected him from daycare, did dinner and bedtime ritual, and hung out until I returned from my evening plans. We did one night ahead of time where she shadowed me so that she would know what to do. Both nights were a great experience and I felt very confident that my son was in good hands. Having a baby is one of the most special things life has given me and Sheila was so reliable to me from the moment I found out I was going to have either of my children. She is honest and reliable even when it meant putting my children's needs above her own. She did that by always being available and by being a women of accountability when others in my life were not. I always felt anything I experienced was met with extreme sensitivity and complete compassion and loyalty. I felt like I could trust her advice with my children and that she comes from a vast pool of knowledge and experience. I think our kids are our most important people in our lives and so what they experience with other adults is very important and I have always known she gave me advice that only taught in mind their best interest at heart.

Sheila is energetic, fun and so so caring. She is great about keeping kids on their schedule, making sure they had everything they need. Sheila is always prepared and ready to take on the day with the kids. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and our family just adores her!
