I have a sound knowledge of managing clients with Cancer, Dementia, Parkinson, Alzheimer's and (CBD) Corticobasal Degeneration Brain Disease. I have the ability to manage various emergency situations, work without any supervision, respond to family member queries, and to provide dressing assistance, light housekeeping, light meal preparation, medication management, bathing, walking assistance and personal care. I am available upon request to aide in adjusting a work schedule, maintaining records of work hours and all client assignments or instructions left by personal nursing staff. I monitor clients' appointments and accompany clients to and from these appointments when needed. I provide support to clients and assist to maximize their independence.

Sheila is a knowledgeable caregiver who provided excellent care for my mom from March 2022 until November 2023. She is quite dependable and punctual. She rarely asked for time off, but when she did, she gave notice well in advance. My mom’s dementia led to some challenging situations which Sheila handled with compassion and professionalism. I was very pleased with Sheila’s work, and I highly recommend her for another caregiver position.
