About Sheilani

I am a responsible, dependable, and hardworking college student with experience caring for children of different ages. I am very patient, attentive, and able to create a safe, fun, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and understand the importance of being trustworthy and reliable when caring for someone else's children. I am confident in my ability to assist with daily routines, keep children engaged with activities, help with homework if needed, and handle responsibilities maturely. Although I do not currently have my own vehicle, I do have reliable transportation and can consistently get where I need to be on time. Balancing college has also strengthened my time management, responsibility, and organizational skills, making me someone parents can depend on.
