Sheila worked for us for nearly 2 years from when our child was 4 months old until they started school. Sheila was absolutely fantastic and an indispensable member of our family. She was always caring and developed a deep bond with our child that they share today - our child lights up when Sheila walks in to the room. She helped our child's development and gets all the credit for our child hitting all milestones early or at least on time (mostly early, our pediatrician has consistently commented on how wonderfully our child has advanced). She proactively and thoughtfully suggested ways to help our child's health/well-being/development, suggesting toys or activities that were great. She helped guide our child from bottles through weaning and starting solids. She was always on time and communicative about any schedule changes far in advance on her end but was incredibly flexible and willing to stay late or come an additional day when we had work or personal emergencies come up. Sheila was also there for us during difficult RSV/COVID times and we never had any issue with health or safety. There is no one we trust more with our child. Any family would be lucky to work with her.
