About Sheila

Working with elders has been tremendously gratifying for me. I've had many years of experience doing so. I've helped families who weren't available to meet the level of need that their family member required. My services have included companionship, meal preparation, errands and shopping, trips and travel. I've assisted individuals with mild to moderate dementia, physical and mental health challenges, ( such as depression and loneliness) and individuals who were receiving hospice care. I hope my services were as meaningful to my clients as the time I spent with them was for me. I've been told by the individuals and their families that they have been.
