Hi, I'm Shea! I have 6 years of paid experience as a child care worker. I have worked with children and teens between the ages of 18 months and 18 years old. My work experience includes after school daycare programs, assistant preschool teacher, nanny to 4 boys ages 18 months to 12 years old. Currently, I work as a registered behavior technician, specializing in children and teens with autism. I take a special interest in child development while teaching functional life skills as well as encouraging language development.
