I have been in childcare for 9yrs & hoping to go longer. I've had the privilege to work in Daycare facilities, personal homes as a Nanny and tutoring at Galena Park ISD district. I enjoy bonding with families!!

Shearine is a wonderful mother in her own right, and has great instincts. She was thoughtful, considerate, and patient with our three year old. We would definitely recommend her!

We hired Shearine for a short time but she was great with our child. I would hire her again without hesitation! She is always on time and took what we needed in a caregiver very serious. She got to know us and our daughter and was a great presence in our home and for our daughter.

Shearine has been a part of our family for almost two years. I wish we could keep her here in Texas, but the family that finds her will be so lucky. She has reliably and dependably cared for my two toddler boys since the youngest was 3 months old. She is always on time or early, and takes care of the children like they are her own. She has been flexible with schedules, and is not afraid of early mornings, late nights and everything in between. Most remarkable is her patient and kind demeanor. My kids run to see her, and are completely at ease with her. She transports the children safely in her vehicle, prepares all of their meals, and keeps track of school schedules and activities. We are devastated she is leaving, and only wish she could stay longer!

Shearine watched our 10 month old son and she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, reliable, really seems to enjoy the time with the kids. Always smiling too. Thank you Shearine!!!

She is an amazing lady! She was a part of our family for a blessed two years. We trusted her with our most valuable positions, our three boys each and everyday and she loved them like they were her own. She not only cared for them but she assisted them with homework and kept the house in order. She was very reliable and we depended on her greatly. If you are considering her for a position I highly recommend you decide to choose her as we did. Your life will only be enriched by her care for your children.  

She is an AMAZING individual! She cared for our kids like they were her own. We had the privilege of working with her for 2 years. She kept the kids in a routine and even improved their grades through her dedication to their studies. We consider her a member of our family as she has enriched our lives. If you have the opportunity to work with her I highly recommend it as she is a wonderful person who will love your children and become a part of your family! 

I love Shearine and would highly recommend her.  She is kind, patient and attentive with my 2 children.  Shearine would send me pictures of the kids playing if I checked on them which always made me feel at ease.  My 3 year old will always ask when Shearine is coming back after visiting! highly recommend!!!

I'm going to refrain from writing a novel so that you will read this review. I have so many good things to say about Shearine, but I will keep them to a minimal amount.
Shearine is always on time. I just give her a time that I will need her in the morning and she is there right on time if not early. She is informative which I love. If something happened with my child or they acted differently that day she lets me know. It may seem unnecessary to some but it is very helpful to know about my children's days (when/how long they napped, when they ate, etc.) It helps me better judge what they will need in the evening. My kids absolutely love her. In fact my 18 month old has cried when she left! I will cut this off cause I'm starting to go on and on. I will leave it at this..I'm thankful to have her to care for my children while I work. I know they are safe and well taken care of.

We have been so lucky to have Shearine in our lives since living in Houston. 
She has taken  care of our 1 year old and 2 year old 4 days a week, taking the older one to swimming lessons as well. 
We were new to Houston when we found Shearine and she has helped us settle into life here in many ways. 
She is proactive with the kids and around the house, I never have to ask her to do anything as she is always one step ahead of me. 
She helps with the kids cooking, laundry and getting them ready for the next day activities (making lunches/ packing kindergarten bags)
The house is spotless and then kids are always happy and calm when I come home from work. 
She is never late - actually always at least 5 minutes early. Has never missed a day and is always willing to go above and beyond to help my family out. 
We are moving back to Australia and sadly I cannot take Shearine with me. 
Shearine has a great personality , is intelligent and loving. My kids just adore her and so do I. 
She has taught my daughter to have lovely manners and has taught my son to say a lot more words than he was before she started looking after him. 
My house would not function without her. I could not recommend Shearine enough, we have been so lucky to have her in our house.

We interviewed Shearine and felt so at ease with her.  She is one of those people that you just know is a genuinely good person.  She needed a bit more hours wise than we could offer at this juncture but plan on keeping in contact with her should our situations change.  You'd be very lucky to have her!

I interviewed Shearine and REALLY liked her. She was really needing more hours than we could give her so we weren't a good match. But I would recommend her to anyone.

Shearine has worked for us for almost two years.  We are transitioning my youngest to kindergarten this year and will not be able to offer Shearine the hours she is looking for.  She is a wonderful nanny, always on time, attentive to my children's needs, patient but also not a push over with the kids.  As a bonus she is very organized and keeps my house neat and orderly, way more than I do!  She would be a blessing to any family she went to work for.
