About Shea

Hello! My name is Shea, and I recently graduated from the Stony Brook School of Nursing in May 2026. I am currently preparing to take my NCLEX and look forward to beginning my career as a Registered Nurse. For the past 2. 5 years, I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Long Island State Veterans Home, caring for residents with a wide range of medical and personal care needs. Through this experience, I have developed strong caregiving skills and a genuine appreciation for the geriatric population. I am seeking a private-duty position beginning in September. After completing my new graduate RN orientation, I will continue working part-time at the Veterans Home and would love the opportunity to gain additional hands-on nursing experience while providing compassionate, dependable care.
