About Shea

I'm a dedicated childcare provider with 6+ years of experience caring for children of all ages with varying levels of support needs. My passion for working with children stems from my desire to foster growth and make a positive impact on their lives. I'm currently in graduate school to become a speech-language pathologist, so I'm passionate about helping people feel cared for, understood, and valued. I believe every child deserves to feel safe and supported, and will adapt in all situations to make sure these remain the top priority. I have completed coursework in child development, and have strong skills in safety, communication, and supporting developmental needs. I have worked as a direct support professional, full-time nanny, teacher's assistant, speech-language pathology assistant, and tutor throughout the past 8 years. I enjoy a variety of outdoor and educational activities and games, and will be happy to get creative and find what works best for your child or children!
