Shay shared 9 months with our family, supporting our little one from months until he turned 1 years old. He lit up every morning she arrived, which is always a great sign. She was very communicative, kind, and helpful. She helped with teaching our son to walk; he started walking at 10 months. I can tell she did research on age-appropriate developmental activities and practices, as she always had a new activity for our little one to do. We truly enjoyed working alongside Shay and having her a supportive caregiver for our little one. Due to personal matters we are unable to continue full nanny obligations but will definitely use Shay for other caregiving services.
