About Shayna

I like working with kids because I love experiencing all of their different qualities. I have experience working with children, both with special needs and without, and each come with unique qualities that help me to guide them in a positive direction as they grow! The different personalities that each child has encourages me to approach each child in a way that is best for them, which helps me to grow as well. I started working with kids 9 years ago, when I was 14 years old. I am a triplet and, at the time, my sister and I co-babysat for 1-year-old twin boys. This started my love for caring for children! In my spare time, I like to run! I ran cross country and track in high school, which allowed me to earn a scholarship to run for a D1 college and continue my running career. I have since graduated and now run for fun :)
