I'm a caring and dependable childcare professional with 3 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating fun, engaging opportunities for them to learn and grow. I especially love creating age-appropriate learning activities, lessons, and educational tools tailored to each child's interests and needs. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching children develop new skills, gain confidence, and reach their milestones. I also value building meaningful, trusting relationships with the children I work with and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
