About Shaylynn

Hi! I'm Shaylynn, a mom of two little girls (5 and 2) and the owner/provider of a small in-home childcare. I've been working with children for over 10 years, including 8 years as a nanny. I currently care for a sweet 3-year-old boy who has been with me since he was an infant. Many of the families I've had the privilege of caring for, including his family, work in law enforcement, and I'm especially grateful for the trust they've placed in me. Our days are filled with lots of play, outdoor time, books, music, crafts, and learning through everyday moments. I strive to create a calm, nurturing, and home-like environment where each child can be themselves. I'm hoping to find another family who feels like a good fit for our little childcare family. I offer a consistent weekly rate rather than hourly, making payment simple. I'd love to connect and see if we might be a good fit!
