About Shaylyn

I'd describe my personality as responsible, warm-hearted and attentive. I like working with kids because they often bring a sense of joy and enthusiasm to any environment. Working with kids is so rewarding because I get to see how they develop and grow. I'm looking for a job that has good communication, fun atmosphere, compatibility and trust. All of these values are important not only to me as a caregiver but to the families, as well. I've always been surrounded by kids of all ages growing up, but I started working with kids in high school. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, exercise, spend time with friends and family and play with my dog named Belle. One thing you should know about me is I always strive for success in anything I do, whether it be work, school or self-improvement. I am results-driven and dedicated to giving families my absolute best. My skills include effective communication, patience and flexibility and adaptability.
