About Shaylin

Hello my name is Shaylin I am 22 . I love being a sitter because I enjoy connecting with kids and being a positive part of their lives. It's rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and develop their own personalities. I find joy in helping them feel safe and happy, and it's meaningful to know I'm making a difference, even in small ways. Plus, every day is different and full of new experiences, so it keeps me engaged and excited about what I do . I have over four years of experience in childcare, starting as an intern in an after-school program, then moving into nannying, and now working as a childcare provider in a dv shelter. I've gained a wide range of skills and attended multiple trainings to make sure the children I care for are safe and having a great time. What I love most is creating a space where they feel secure and happy, seeing them grow, and knowing I'm making a difference in their lives
