About Shaylee

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated the past six years to making a positive impact on the lives of families. My background includes Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development coursework, which allows me to provide thoughtful, high-quality care. I am patient, calm, and highly creative when engaging with children of all ages. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or working on crafts, I focus on activities that promote learning and joy. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to provide supervision during swim time. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. As well as an Article 9 certification. I prioritize clear communication through your preferred method, whether that is a daily report or a quick chat at pickup. I am also very comfortable around pets. I look forward to becoming a supportive, reliable partner in your child's daily life.
