About Shaylee

I started babysitting when I was 14. At the age of 20 I was a nanny for a girl that was 3 months old until she was a little over a year. At the age of 22 I nannied a 6-year-old full time as well as two twin newborns and their 2-year-old sister part time. I am now 26 years old with a 3-year-old daughter of my own and I currently run a successful in home daycare. I am looking to make the switch back to nannying as I am looking to move so I will no longer live in town in a convenient place for an in home daycare. I have reliable transportation and am very active so keeping children entertained is very fun for me. I enjoy helping with housekeeping as I babysit and am also a huge animal lover if you happen to have pets. I will have a very open schedule so I will be very flexible with my hours. I graduated from Ball State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Social Work. I am available to start whenever you may need me and look forward to hearing from you!

She is very attentive and proactive with the children. Her daughter is very easy going and plays well with my son and daughter while she is there. Shaylee divides her attention between all three children very well and manages learning activities, meals, light housekeeping, and nap times amazingly. I definitely highly recommend her!
