I am writing to highly recommend Shayla, who recently took exceptional care of my husband, who has dementia, while my family and I visited Disneyland. From our initial meet and greet to the day her care was needed, Shayla demonstrated remarkable punctuality, preparation, and thoroughness in attending to my husband's needs. Shayla showed genuine compassion and patience, which was particularly important as my husband can sometimes be difficult with unfamiliar people. She stayed from early morning until nearly midnight, ensuring he had his meals, administering his medications, and providing companionship in my absence. Shayla's exceptional care gave me much-needed peace of mind, allowing me to enjoy a day away with my children and grandchildren. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a dedicated and outstanding caregiver. I wholeheartedly recommend Shayla to anyone in need of caregiving services and will definitely be calling her again in the future.
