Shayla went over and beyond for our kids. She was punctual in reliable transportation, she came up with entertaining ideas for the kids, and kept me informed via text throughout the day.

I would absolutely hire her again. She's great!

Shayla watching our two kids who formed an instant connection with her. She did fun crafts with items from around the house, helped with bathing and naptime, and kept they happy and occupied all day. She was positive and very caring. She was communicative and provided us updates throughout the day. I would definitely hire her again! 

Shayla is a phenomenal child caregiver! She has taken care of my son a hand full of times between him being a newborn and now, he is currently 19 months old. I love Shayla because she is always positive, friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and extremely loving. She is also amazing at keeping my son busy and engaged and I love that she knows exactly when to be firm with him when he is acting out. It’s hard to find a caregiver that can mimic your parenting style so children have 100% consistently throughout, and Shayla is that person for me!!!! I couldn’t thank you enough for loving my son to pieces, keeping him safe, teaching him & having fun!

Shayla applied for a job we posted, and although we did not hire her, I would absolutely recommend going through the interview process with her in your search for a nanny/babysitter. After she applied, I contacted her and asked for references, which she sent to me along with several letters of recommendation. We then scheduled a phone interview. She was very prompt in responding to all of my messages as well as for our interview over the phone.  I really enjoyed my conversation with her, and though she wasn't a perfect fit for our needs, she may very well be a match for another family! We wish you the best, Shayla!

I wish I was able to hire Shayla ! Our needs did not match up.  This young lady will be a great candidate for any family! Our conversation was meaningful.  I can tell she enjoys being a child care provider.

Shayla watched our children after-school one day a week. She was always very cheerful and dependable. The kids enjoyed being with her.

Shayla was great!  We interviewed her and my son thinks she is awesome.  She seems up for hanging out with the kiddos and having fun taking our son to sports!  She also seems to genuinely want to take care of kids in her future career.  We hope to hire her for our family in the near future.
