About Shayla

Hi, my name is Shayla and I love to assist families of various needs. In the past, I have adopted Pit bull mixes, but our present family pets are a bearded dragon named Boba and a corn snake named Hershey. I currently work for a Care. com family transporting their autistic son to and from school. This leaves me available midday, during weekday evenings, and all day on weekends. My professional pet care experience is limited to caring for the dogs and cats of families I have nannied for. With that life experience as well as my professional experience in preschools I am comfortable with addressing personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. I readily soak in and apply the advice of parents caring for their children's individual needs and apply the same care for pets. I have reliable transportation, so I am available to run errands and keep a flexible schedule. Also, I do not smoke as I prefer for others not to in the presence of my own family.
