About Shayla

I'd describe my personality as caring, patient and thoughtful. I like working with kids because all families need support they can rely on, especially busy moms and dads. I'm looking for a job to help families with parents who work overnight or weekend shifts and are open to dropping off and picking up their children at my home, or in their home. I started working with kids when my daughter was born in 2013. In my spare time, I like to cook, fish, bake and spend time with my daughter. One thing you should know about me is I am CPR certified, active shooter trained, and maintain a current Serve Safe Certificate. I am available on weekends and offer special arrangements and pricing to first responder parents ( firefighters, medical field, law enforcement, military). My skills include creative problem solving and sound decision making.
