My daughter loved Shay when she came to watch our two kids. We talked about having more regular days and hours for her while I work. Shay expressed strong interest in watching our kids again. After sending her a text with future days I never heard back. Despite trying two more times to communicate I still didn't hear back. I'm disappointed because it started so well and my daughter said she was great. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt with not responding but it's been about two weeks since we last heard from her.
