Ms. Shaya has worked with my father for 5 years, since 2018.She is a very loving, caring and respectful caregiver, and my father holds her in deep affection. She is able to handle my father’s varying needs, and has taught us many techniques to effectively give care, such as how to safely move an immobile person from one seat to a wheel chair. I recall how Ms.Shaya very deftly responded to my father’s erratic moods, especially when he was in the early stages of Alzheimer’s Disorder. Her “feathers never got ruffled”. She always has a gentle, reassuring, and even tone to her voice, and my father has really enjoyed her helping him. I highly recommend Ms. Shaya as a caregiver. Sincerely, Ruthie
