This is more than just another job for me. I began my journey into the Elderly community after encountering the less appeasing side of a nursing home. That experience made me want to do and be better. For our elders are a huge part of why we have the world we have today and they deserve the utmost respect, their dignity to be protected, to be loved and treated kindly like anyone else! In my 8 years of experienced I have worked in the nursing home setting as well as in individual homes working closely with families to ensure all their needs were met, concerns were address and offering companionship as well as being a person to lean on and relieve some stress during difficult times. This is what I love to do. I am more than happy to provide references from my most recent families I was working for as well as personal references.
