Shawnetta is very patient with me and my kids (I ask a lot of questions and call a lot while my kids are gone), caring, nurturing, good communicative skills with my kids and me, very observant, knowledgeable about child development, helps my kids identify and regulate their emotions, shows empathy and respect to parents and children, shows children how to problem solve. She’s a great child care provider all in all! Has been a great reliable, helper in a last minute time of need.
