Shawna has been an absolute blessing for our family!!!! Her communication with me has been excellent, she always responds quickly!!! My mom was so hesitant in using a caregiver and our sick time at work was running low, we needed help. What we found in Shawna has been more than a caregiver, the way she takes care of my mom with attention to detail.... Shawna goes the extra mile like helping my mom stream her shows and provided earbuds during her long appts. Shawna even ran home once and brought my mom a sweatshirt while they waited in an extra chilly doctors office. Shawna isn't only an excellent caregiver, her tenderness with mom makes her feel like a family member. My mom adores and trusts Shawna, she feels comfortable with her, allows Shawna to help her and even called for first aid assistance after a fall. I wish I could write and send the reviews to multiple locations!!!! Like mom says, "everyone needs a Shawna" ♡
