About Shawna

Three words that describe my personality are; bubbly, friendly and relaxed. I like caring for seniors because it's a passion of mine. I'm naturally caring, and love to help others, especially my elders. What I'm looking for in a jobs is, away to continue helping others, get out of the house for a few hours a week and not feel unnecessary stress while doing so. I started caring for seniors when I was 19, I am now 37. I've worked in assisted living, for 5 years, caring for dementia patients. I've also worked in an AFC home with 12 senior females and also private homecare. In my spend time I like to spend time with my family, my rescue dogs and friends. I enjoy taking daily walks, reading, singing, going out for coffee and watching a good rerun on television. One thing you should know about me is I am very dependent but, sometimes my body/health isn't. However I do everything I can to prevent it from being an issue.
